AK999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you, the player, and AK999 ("we", "us", "the platform") in connection with your use of the AK999 website and any associated mobile applications. AK999 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, slot games, fish games, live casino and related gaming products to players based in Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all activity on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, using bonus offers and interacting with any feature of the site or app. Please take the time to read them carefully. AK999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by on-screen notification or email. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with AK999 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not already hold an existing AK999 account. Only one account per person, household, device or IP address is permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or agent of AK999 or any affiliated company.

During registration you will be asked to provide your name, contact details and identity information. This information is required for account verification, which must be completed before withdrawals above the basic threshold are processed. Verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC. AK999 may request additional documentation at any point if required by our compliance procedures.

AK999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without being obliged to give a reason.

3Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AK999 login credentials including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members. AK999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact AK999 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your AK999 account on shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered — it is the most effective way to prevent unauthorised access.
• Never share your OTP, PIN or any verification code with anyone, including anyone claiming to be AK999 staff.

AK999 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and balances on AK999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits, typically processed instantly.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits, typically processed instantly.
• Raast – Pakistan's interbank instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers from Pakistani bank accounts.
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. AK999 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply its own charges which are outside our control.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified (CNIC submitted and approved) before withdrawals above the basic threshold are processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. AK999 does not guarantee specific processing times but will always aim to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

AK999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our security systems. We may request supporting documentation such as a recent bank statement or additional proof of identity. This is standard practice for player protection and anti-fraud purposes and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.

Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that were not used for deposits, unless you have not made any deposits via that method and the alternative method is verified as belonging to you.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on AK999 across all sports, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and any other markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once they have been confirmed by the platform. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your potential payout. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed if there is a delay in the confirmation process.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.
• AK999 may impose maximum winnings caps on individual bets or accumulator bets. Where applicable, these limits are shown on the relevant market.
• AK999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or data feed error. Where a bet is voided, your stake will be returned in full.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome is already known at the time of placement — for example, due to a data delay or mismatch — are void and will not be settled.
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically, matches that are abandoned or reduced by rain interruptions are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where no official result is declared, bets may be voided.

Live in-play betting markets operate under additional rules. In-play odds are subject to rapid movement and AK999 may suspend in-play markets at any time for operational reasons. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted and your stake will not be deducted.

AK999 applies a maximum payout policy on a per-bet basis. The current limits are displayed in the platform help section. Accumulator bets are subject to their own payout cap which may differ from single-bet limits.

7Bonuses & Promotions

AK999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms which are published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all bet types or game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets on very low odds markets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to systematically claim bonuses is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• AK999 may withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, we will honour the terms as they applied at the time of opt-in.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can only be claimed once per person, household or device.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AK999. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or registering using false identity information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, exploit odds or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, incorrectly priced markets or system glitches to generate profit. Any winnings arising from such activity will be voided.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any arrangement to influence the outcome of a sporting event for the purpose of betting. AK999 cooperates with sports integrity bodies and will report any suspected fixing activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for third-party bettors.
• Money laundering or using AK999 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing AK999 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with platform security, data or infrastructure.

AK999 actively monitors account activity for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, we may place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation. We will notify affected players and resolve reviews as promptly as possible.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the AK999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and data feeds — is the intellectual property of AK999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the platform content without written permission.
• Use AK999 branding, logos or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the AK999 software.
• Frame, scrape or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or service.

10Privacy & Data

AK999 collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform use.
